1. Aid and subsidies

The Department of Sports, taking into account the provisions of the Strategic Subsidy Plan of the Hon. Orihuela City Council, as well as in the General Regulatory Ordinance of the Concession of Subsidies of the Orihuela City Council and under the protection of the municipal powers in sports matters that regulates Law 7/1985, of April 2, Regulating the Bases of the Local Regime in its art. 25.l, as well as Law 27/2013, of December 27, of rationalization and sustainability of the Local Administration and Law 2/2011 of March 22, of the Generalitat, of Sports and Physical Activity in the Valencian Community In their respective articles 7.2b, 7.2i, 7.3c, 7.7 and 7.8, calls by competitive concurrence the granting of subsidies in order to help the sports associative fabric of our city and contribute to the promotion of sport in all its expressions in the municipality, during the corresponding sports season and annuity.

Line 1, called "To sports entities and individual athletes for their participation in individual and / or team competitions, and the organization, promotion, development and collaboration in physical activity and / or sports events complementary to the main activity of the club" , is intended to defray the expenses inherent to the participation of athletes from clubs, sports sections or individuals, through individual or team performances, in sports competitions of any scope during the sports season of the grant call, as well as the organization, promotion, development and collaboration in activities and sports events complementary to the main activity of the club.

Line 2, called "To Sports Entities for the management of the different sports competitions where the students of the Municipal Sports Schools of Orihuela participate", is intended to defray the expenses inherent to the organization of the different sports competitions where the students of Municipal Sports Schools managed by the Sports Department of the Hon. Orihuela City Council, during the corresponding sports season.

Line 3, called “To Educational Centers of the municipality of Orihuela, participants in the inter-municipal phase of the Municipal Sports Games of Orihuela during the corresponding school year and CEE of the municipality of Orihuela for their participation in the adapted sports days organized by the Department of Education, Culture and Sports”, is intended to defray the expenses inherent to the organization, development or participation in School Sports programs.

In accordance with the provisions of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, the relationship between Public Administrations and legal entities must be by electronic means. Consequently, the entire procedure for granting subsidies will be carried out at the Municipal Electronic Office: https://orihuela.sedeelectronica.es. For this purpose, it is necessary for the use of the identification and electronic signature system to possess a Digital Certificate, or DNIe or the systems of agreed keys of Cl@ve.
